The trading conducted with us is not on an exchange or market. We act as counterparty to a trading Position, wherein your positions remain notional in nature and are non-transferable.

You agree to not engage in market abuse or to compel or encourage others to do so, or otherwise violate similar requirements under applicable regulations. CMS Financial also reserves the right to decline any additional orders after the limit has been exceeded and to liquidate all or part of the surpassed positions thereafter. CMS Financial, at its discretion, reserves the rights to take action against profits generated by the client from incorrect quotes, system misuse, and scalping (trading under four minutes).
